Professor Bill Dawson
Professor Bill Dawson established a health care consultancy company, Bionet Ltd, when he retired from Eli Lilly in 1996. Bionet advises companies and universities on exploitation of innovative research. At Lilly, Bill was in research management for almost 20 years, 14 as Director of Research in the UK and latterly as Director of Technology Acquisition, Europe. He is a member of the academic liaison action group of ABPI. He was a Board member of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group from 1993-2005.
He is a Director of Proteome Sciences plc and Antitope Ltd as well as being a trustee of both the William Harvey Research Foundation and Northwick Park Institute of Medical Research. He is also a Governor of both the University of Brighton and De Montfort University and is a Board member of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Science Committee, the Royal Society of Chemistry Parliamentary Advisory Committee, and the Biosciences Federation Education Committee.
Mr Rob Caroll
Rob Carroll is Managing Director of Catapult having joined the firm in October 1999. He was previously with 3i plc in Leicester and London. He is an honours graduate in Pharmacy from Kings College London and a registered Pharmacist. He also has an MBA from Bradford University Management School. Rob focuses on origination activities, investor relations as well as investments. He has a specific interest in the healthcare and environmental areas. Recent investments include R5 pharmaceuticals, Critical Pharmaceuticals and Corporate Image Refurbishment. He is also a Non Executive Director of Charles Lawrence Group PLC in Newark.
Mr Pete Le Noury
Pete Le Noury is Finance Director – Europe, Africa, Australia of Kal Tires Limited a £42M turnover Group operating across Europe, Africa and Australia supplying, servicing and retreading Tyres to operators of the largest earth moving equipment. Prior to his appointment at OTR he spent 6 years as Investment Director at Catapult Venture Managers working on Venture Capital investments up to £2M in value. Pete graduated in Biochemistry before training as a Chartered Accountant ultimately specialising in the support of transactions with KPMG.

Dr Keith Martin
Dr Keith Martin is a pharmaceutical executive and entrepreneur with a successful 20 year career in R&D, corporate & business development and biotech start-up and fund-raising. He has extensive Board, management and leadership experience in the life sciences gained from international operations in USA, UK, Europe and Japan. Thus far, Dr Martin has been involved in the successful registration of two products in the USA and UK and led progression of numerous compounds from the bench to the clinic. As well as building multi-million pound life science business operations, he has also raised in excess of $5million for start-up companies.
Dr Martin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Apitope Technology (Bristol) Ltd., a biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutic peptides for the treatment of allergy and autoimmune diseases. He is also a non-executive director of Beckpharma Ltd., a specialty biopharmaceutical company.
